Let me first start off thanking LUXCARS Chicago for an exceptional auto purchasing ⁸experience. They were patient, friendly, professional and awesome! It also helps that their vehicles are well maintained and gorgeous.My salesman Sandro was very informative and precise without being the typical pushy salesman. LUXCARS entire team was actually very nice and genuine.My wife and I arrived right after they closed on their company anniversary party day. We didn't anticipate being helped and just wanted to walk around their lot and check out some inventory. We were instantly greeted and welcomed as we asked to check out my now owned all white Maserati Ghibli Gransport.(A Steal of A Deal by the Way!)They pulled it right out and my wife and I took it for a test drive on their anniversary party day after they were closed. Phenomenal!I had to have this machine after the test drive and they fast tracked the process. I filled out a couple of forms quickly, they asked a few questions, and my wife and I were on our way. Of course we had to pick up the car on Monday, but it was all worth it.When we arrived Monday, they had the oil changed, car cleaned and detailed with a few more needed signatures and we were on our way. They even gave me my next oil change service for free. I can't be more ecstatic about my experience.
